1. Registration

• 1.1. By completing the registration process, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• 1.2. Registration is subject to availability, and event organizers reserve the right to decline registrations without providing a justification.

2.Payment

• 2.1. To confirm your delegate’s registration, registration fees must be paid in full.
• 2.2. All fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the event’s refund policy.
• 2.3. Accepted payment methods for registration fees will be detailed on the event website or registration form.

3.Cancellation and Refunds

• 3.1. All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in the event’s refund policy.
• 3.2. In case of event postponement, registered delegates and sponsors will receive a credit note equal to the full amount paid, which can be applied towards attending the rescheduled event. This applies when the event is postponed due to circumstances beyond the event organizer’s control.
• 3.3. No refunds will be issued if the entire event transitions to an online format due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
• 3.4. Registered delegates may request a refund within 14 days of their initial registration/payment.

4.Substitution

• 4.1. Registered delegates unable to attend may request to substitute another person in their place. Such requests must be submitted in writing to the event organizers and are subject to approval.

5.Event Access and Identification

• 5.1. Delegates must always wear their event badges during the event.
• 5.2. Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any delegate not complying with event rules and regulations.

6.Privacy

• 6.1. By registering for the event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by the event organizers in accordance with the privacy policy.

7.Photography and Recording

• 7.1. The event organizers, the media, or authorized third parties may photograph or record the event. By attending, delegates grant permission for their likeness and voice to be used in promotional materials.

8.Code of Conduct

• 8.1. Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the event. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• 8.2. Event organizers reserve the right to expel any delegate who violates the event’s code of conduct without a refund.

9.Liability

• 9.1. The event organizer bears no liability for any loss, injury, or damage to property or persons during the event.

10.Changes to the Event

• 10.1. Event organizers retain the right to adjust the event program, speakers, schedule, or venue without prior notice.

11.Governing Law

• 11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Prague, Czech Republic], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Prague, Czech Republic].
