Delegate Terms & Conditions

1.Registration Process

1.1. By completing the registration process, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1.2. Registrations are subject to availability, and event organisers reserve the right to refuse registration without providing a reason.

2.Payment

2.1. Registration fees must be paid in full to secure your delegate’s registration.

2.2. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the event’s refund policy.

2.3. Payment methods accepted for registration fees will be specified on the event website or registration form.

3.Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. All fees are non-refundable.

3.2.  Delegates and sponsors who have successfully registered and made payment for the event will be entitled to receive a credit note in the event of a postponement.

3.3. The credit note will be issued for the full amount paid and can be used as credit towards attending the rescheduled event. Delegates/ sponsors will credit note to attend the event only if event dates are postponed due to circumstances that will be beyond event organizer’s control. No refunds will be made if the conference organiser is forced to organize the whole event online due to circumstance beyond his control.

4.Substitution

4.1. Registered delegates who are unable to attend may request to substitute another person in their place. Such requests must be submitted in writing to the event organisers and are subject to approval.

5.Event Access and Identification

5.1. Delegates must always wear their event badges during the event.

5.2. Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any delegate who does not comply with event rules and regulations.

6.Privacy

6.1. By registering for the event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by the event organisers in accordance with privacy policy.

7.Photography and Recording

7.1. Event organisers, the media, or authorised third parties may photograph or record the event. By attending, delegates grant permission for their likeness and voice to be used in promotional materials.

8.Code of Conduct

8.1. Delegates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the event. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

8.2. Event organisers reserve the right to remove any delegate who violates the event’s code of conduct without a refund.

9.Liability

9.1. The event organizer is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property or persons during the event.

10.Changes to the Event

10.1. Event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, schedule, postpone or change venue without prior notice.

11.Governing Law

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Prague, Czech Republic], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Prague, Czech Reoublic].
